3. Shipping Fees

5. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Re-shipping fees may apply in case of incorrect address details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If a damaged item is received, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos attached.

7. Refused Shipments

• If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for both forward and return shipping fees, as well as any additional charges.

8. Liability

• The company is not responsible for misuse or failure to follow proper lens care instructions.

• Customers are advised to consult a specialist before using prescription lenses.
